Continuous Motion Cartoner for High Efficiency
The CMK continous motion cartoner is designed to meet a wide variety of bag-in-box applications as well as other side load solutions. The CMK allows speeds up to 150 cartons per minute with interfaces available for automatic or hand load operations.

for continuous operation with speeds up to 250 cartons per minute.

- Left or Right hand construction adapts easily to multiple line configurations
- Pitch configurations for various carton size requirements
- Standard infeed capable of being extended for multiple infeed locations with available phase adjustable buckets.
- Barrel cam inserter with overload protection featuring no product no carton and no carton-no load operation
- Product conditioning to enhance loading efficiency
- Hot melt gluing standard with tuck closure options
- Positive flap closure to minimize carton loss for machine stoppage
- Low rise carton magazine with powered supply belt
- Back feed carton erection system for positive carton feed and opening of even the most difficult carton designs.
- Variable speed drive for ease of speed adjustment
- Pendant mounted operator interface for single point control
- Standard
flexible change over in approximately 10 minutes with an optional “Automatic”
format adjustment for rapid / repeatable size changeover.
