Christoph Gusenleitner (born 1964)
As of April Christoph Gusenleitner joined Rovema GmbH as CEO.
Born in Austria, he holds a degree in electrical engineering and business administration. He spent 7 years in management consulting, most recently as a partner at Bain&Company in the Industrial Goods and Service Practice. Christoph Gusenleitner has 25 years of industrial experience, including several years at the U.S. Danaher Corporation, leading the worldwide Industrial business unit at the U.S. network technology manufacturer Belden as Executive Vice President, and being responsible for the business of the fittings manufacturer Talis Group as CEO, and most recently at the automotive supplier Wille Elbe Group on an interim basis.
Dr. Dirk Panhans (born 1978)
has been CFO of Rovema Group since July 2023.
After a PhD in International Management, he worked for over 20 years in strategy- and management roles for mechanical engineering companies. At McKinsey & Company, he advised clients in the Automotive & Assembly sector, primarily on commercial due diligence and business development in emerging markets. At the forklift manufacturer KION Group, he held various management positions in Finance, M&A, business development and restructuring. For the PE firms Orlando Management and Family Trust Investors, he held interim roles at industrial portfolio companies. And for the Swiss textile machine manufacturer Rieter AG, he was CFO and co-head of Rieter India Pvt. Ltd.
