VPIR Turntable Jaw Machine

The Versatile Intermittent Motion Vertical Form, Fill and Seal Model VPI-260 with the special “Turntable” Jaws.

The special 90° rotating servo driven cross sealing jaws allow for the production of a wide variety of packages. Pillow Style Bags, Flat Bottom Bags, Flat Bottom Bags with the special Stabilo Seal®, Single Gusseted Stand-up Pouches are some examples of bags produced with this machine.

Additionally, the VPI-260 allows adjustment of the stroke, sealing time and sealing pressure via the operator interface. The operator-friendly design, includes maintenance-free AC drives for the film transport, easy changeovers from pillow to flat bottom style packages, a simple touch screen featuring Allen Bradley ControlLogix with PanelView 1000 and an easy access frame design for inspection.
