A recent conversation with Luca, our Project Engineer, and his Division Manager, Jan-Marc, highlighted how uniquely each career path at ROVEMA can be shaped. They shared their very different beginnings and the support they’ve received along the way. Luca started with an apprenticeship as an Industrial Mechanic and worked his way up to Project Engineer, while Jan began as a trainee and soon advanced to Division Manager.
